You will fit right in if…
  • You have 3 - 5 years of experience as Digital Business Analyst in a similar business / consultancy / agency and technical requirements analysis role
  • You have experience working in Agile methodology (Agile / Scrum master certified will be a plus)
  • You have experience and exposure to CMS, DXP and Commerce solutions

From day one, we need you to be experienced in:
  • Leading and driving commerce solutions. Experience with Big Commerce, Comestri, Salesforce is desirable
  • Product management / owner experience is desirable Working within Agile environments with a heavy emphasis on writing user stories and acceptance criteria through to deployment
  • Gathering functional requirements and specifications in a systematic and consistent manner
  • In addition the ability to identify and document non-functional requirements
  • Documenting and communicating requirements in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Working with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc
  • Working closely with customers, designers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver Digital & ECommerce solutions
  • Configuring CMS, DXP and Commerce platforms
  • Running workshops for both internal stakeholders and clients across a variety of topics including training, analysis of reports and business impacts
  • Ability in supporting and assisting the team in pre-sales activities and putting forward recommendations and opportunities
  • Understanding the core organisational business processes and operations
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary product team across all stages of the product development lifecycle
  • Being a key gate keeper in quality assurance of the product, including managing UAT, testing and triaging

Should you be interested and have experience in these things, it will be even better:
  • A broad understanding and have some experience with a variety of technology platforms, for example - experience with CMS systems (Episerver, Sitecore), CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation
  • Ability to generate new opportunities for your clients and the team with your expertise
  • Previous experience in product or project management
  • Certification with ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CFLBA, or PBA is beneficial
  • Any relevant tertiary qualifications and/or appropriate IT or Business certification
  • Interest to learn more about and work with designers in ensuring high quality digital products
